Life Coach Night Shift

Pay $19.00 an hour

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents struggling with mental health challenges? Do you find joy in helping others find their passion in life? The Overnight Life Coach may be the perfect position for you!

Overnight Life Coaches provide supervision and support to our adolescent clients throughout the night while maintaining a high level of safety and structure.

Schedule:

• (8pm - 6am)
• Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Complete bed checks as assigned
• Ensure that each student is safe and is in their assigned bed
• Assist students who are ill or who are otherwise having difficulty
• Complete all duties as assigned
• Punctuality and dependability are essential
• Light cleaning duties
• Nightly documentation

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass criminal investigation background check
• Current driver's license
• Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.
• Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative student
• Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
• Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans accordingly
